Elliot Thomson wrote and directed the short film comedy “Le Refuge” (Best Comedy Short, jury prize, Academy Award-qualifying 2015 Cleveland International Film Festival; Best Short, jury prize, 2014 Sun Valley Film Festival). He wrote and will direct the features Indestructible and Clementine. Elliot was a speechwriter for the Ms. Foundation for Women (Gloria Steinem Awards), the National Constitution Center, and other progressive causes, and has written episodes of the Emmy Award-winning children’s series Arthur. He is a graduate of Harvard, where he was graduation comedy speaker (Ivy Oration), and Harvard Law School.
